Do you do basic bookkeeping? No. I work with companies whose financial operations have outgrown basic bookkeeping. If you just need someone to code transactions, I can refer you to excellent bookkeepers. I focus on building the systems and processes that bookkeepers use.

What size companies do you work with? Typically $5M-$50M in revenue, though I've worked with everything from startups to Fortune 500 companies. The sweet spot is companies that are scaling fast and their current financial processes can't keep up.

What industries do you specialize in? Tech/SaaS and healthcare are my primary focus, but the financial operations challenges are similar across industries. If you're managing complex vendor relationships, implementing systems, or scaling operations—I can help.

Do you work on-site or remotely? Both. I'm based in Salt Lake City and happy to work on-site with local companies. I also work remotely with companies across the US.

How quickly can you start? Most projects can start within 2 weeks. Fractional CFO engagements depend on current capacity, but I typically have availability for new clients.

Do you offer payment plans? Yes, project-based work can be structured with milestone payments. Fractional CFO work is billed monthly.
